Research design

A framework or blue print for conducting a study or research project. It specifies the details of the procedures necessary for obtaining information needed to structure and/ or to solve research problems in a specific area of management. A research design lays the foundation for conducting the project. A good research design ensures that the research project (1) will be relevant to the problem, and (2) will use economical procedures.
