Natural observations

One of the ways of obtaining information through an observation method. Natural observation involves observing behaviour as it takes place in the environment. For example, one could observe the behaviour of eating fast food in a restaurant. The advantage of natural observation is that the observed phenomenon will more accurately reflect the true phenomenon. The disadvantage is the cost of waiting for the phenomenon to occur and the difficulty of measuring the phenomenon in the natural setting in certain situations.
