Subjective estimates for nonresponse

One of the approaches available to the researcher for adjusting for nonresponse in a research project. In this approach the researcher arrives at subjective estimates of the nature and effect of nonresponse bias. This approached is used when it is no longer feasible to increase the response rate by subsampling, replacement, or substitution. This approach involves evaluating the likely effects of nonresponse based on experience and available information.
