Interaction error

An experimental error that occurs when subjects react differently to the independent variable because of a previous measurement. Example: if you were asked to participate in an opinion survey concerning Maruti cars, your reactions to subsequent Maruti commercials would be different from those who did not participate in the opinion survey to measure the effectiveness of the advertisement, interaction error may occur.
