Point estimate

It refers to a statistical estimate of a parameter (such as a population mean) involving only a single value. For example, if a single sample mean is used as the estimate of the population mean, the sample mean is a point estimate. A point estimate may be made for any population value, but the estimates most commonly made are for the mean and the proportion of the population.
