Ratio scale

A scale of measurement that has all the properties of an interval scale plus an absolute zero point. It allows the researcher to identify or classify objects, rank order the objects, and compare intervals or differences. It is also meaningful to compare ratios of scale values. All statistical techniques can be applied to ratio data.
