Creative method to retail management

He or she uses insight and intuition more often than facts, and the result is usually a novel way tolook at or solves a retail problem. It is possible to operate a retail establishment with creativity, but in the long run using only creativity will be inadequate. Analytical decision-making must be used to profitably respond to unforeseen events in the environment.
