Enterprise resource planning (ERP)

A software for a back office system for managing cash flow, manufacturing, human resources, purchasing, invoicing, inventory control and other major functions within a unified framework. ERP systems allow organizations to optimize business processes while lowering costs. Though EPR does not fall under the marketing function, but it is so important that it must be included in this list.
